CASE #005: RED RIVER – THE LARGEST ULVF THEORY VALIDATION SPACE IN VIETNAM (Part 1)
1. From Project Analysis to Regional Urban Field Analysis
The Red River corridor is one of the few urban spaces in Vietnam where the simultaneous processes of planning, infrastructure development, accessibility transformation, capital movement, land value fluctuations, and the emergence of new value centers can be observed in real time. From the ULVF perspective, this is not merely a riverside planning project. It represents the formation of an Urban Value Field at the scale of a special metropolitan region, providing a unique opportunity to validate the fundamental hypotheses of ULVF, UVFE, and Urban Value Field Planning.
